Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to love your Astrella pieces. If something isn’t right, you can request an exchange or store credit within 7 days of delivery.

Not Eligible for Exchange

Sale items, accessories, bags, and customized pieces are not eligible for exchange.

How to Exchange

Email us at astrellabyshruti@gmail.com with your order number and product images.
Once approved, ship the item (at your cost) to:
Astrella Clothing, L4, DLF Phase 2, Sector 24, Gurgaon, Haryana

Conditions

Items must be unused, unwashed, unaltered, and in original packaging with tags attached.
We reserve the right to inspect the item before processing any exchange or store credit.

Store Credit

Approved exchanges are processed as store credit (valid for 30 days) after deducting delivery charges.
Please note: Refunds are not available as per our company policy.

Damaged / Wrong Product

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, email us within 48 hours with photos.
We’ll arrange a reverse pickup and issue store credit once verified.

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled only if production hasn’t started. The amount will be credited as store credit.

International Orders

Custom duties and taxes (if applicable) are to be borne by the customer.
